Gluten Free falafels
I'll never buy falafels from the shop again! They are so easy to make. I used the recipe from BBC Good Food but omitted the egg. I shallow fried them, left them to cool then baked them in the over. A little crumbly but absolutely delicious!
I should point out, the picture is of the falafels in a pre-cooked state!
